Just a quick reminder: We kindly ask for 12 hours’ notice for cancellations — not 10, not 11... it really does need to be 12! Filling a space takes time and effort behind the scenes, and even if someone ends up taking your spot, we’ve already put in that extra work.

Please avoid saying “let me know if you can’t fill it and I’ll pay,” as our policy is in place to cover the time and resources already spent.

As a small business (with some pretty hefty electricity bills thanks to our infrared panels!), we really appreciate your understanding and support in sticking to the cancellation rules. 💛
