A huge congratulations to all the EMTs who passed yesterday β what an achievement. You should be incredibly proud of the hard work, commitment, and dedication that brought you to this point.
To those who did not get the result they hoped for yesterday, please remember: not all is lost. Take time to digest it, reflect, and be kind to yourself. One result does not define your ability or your future in prehospital care.
Regroup, refocus, and get back to studying for the next round. Every setback is part of the journey, and sometimes it is the moment that makes you stronger.
Well done to everyone who showed up, gave it their best, and kept pushing forward.
From all at HART Group β keep going.

π June is Menβs Mental Health Month π
Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet too many men continue to struggle in silence.
This month, we want to remind every man that it's okay not to be okay. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness β it is a sign of strength, courage, and self-awareness.
Taking care of your mental wellbeing can improve every aspect of life, from your relationships and family life to your career and physical health. A simple conversation, a check-in with a friend, or reaching out for support can make a significant difference.
At HART Group, we believe that nobody should face life's challenges alone.
πͺ The HART Door is Always Open πͺ
Whether you need someone to listen, guidance on where to find support, or simply a reminder that you matter, we are here for you.
βοΈ Talk about it
βοΈ Check in on your friends and colleagues
βοΈ Ask for help when you need it
βοΈ Support those around you
βοΈ Remember: You are not alone
Together, let's challenge the stigma surrounding men's mental health and create a culture where it's okay to speak up.
