This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the rhythm of service, leads from the front, and is driven to create standout guest experiences. You’ll take ownership of a high-performing restaurant, shaping service & building a strong team culture, driving standards across every detail.

Working closely with our Head Chef, you’ll play a key role across daily service, our events programme & supplier relationships, helping define what hospitality at Note feels like, every day.
