It's been quiet in Legacyland for a while. Nothing we can do about that I'm afraid... life keeps getting in the way.

One thing that's been occupying my time the past 6 months is the resurgence of the foreclosure legal s**te which has landed on me again. Now a different set of blood suckers has dragged me into court trying to take the roof from over my head and the horse s**t has started all over again. But this time they're even more brazen in the dirty tactics they're trying.

I decided to blow the whistle on what goes on and for the past six months have been finishing up a book which details 15 years of going through this crap and the ridiculous pantomime that it is. On Monday the book was released. I sincerely hope it ruffles a few feathers and opens some eyes.

This is sad and totally unexpected. Philip loved his metal and always looked to promote Irish bands whenever he could. We knew he had ongoing health issues but this has come out of the blue. You just never know when the time is going to come. 46 is far too young.
