We had a visit from Anthony today. Testing some genuine American boiled and baked bagels in a Unox oven. These are a different breed of bagel compared to the baked only varieties we get in Ireland. I had one for lunch with just Kerrygold on it. Very crunchy and chewy. Beautiful 😍
