Metallica at the Sphere is almost here! 🤘🔥
My good friend and returning podcast guest Dave Ferraro is heading all the way from Boston to Las Vegas for the opening weekend of Metallica’s Sphere residency, seeing both the October 1st and October 3rd shows!
So I wanted to pick his brain before he heads to Vegas…
What is he expecting from the Metallica Sphere setlist? Which songs does he want to hear? Could Metallica dig deeper into their catalogue? Will we get songs that rarely appear in the setlist? And how could some of Metallica’s biggest songs be transformed by the incredible 360-degree Sphere visuals?
We also get into some controversial Metallica questions! 🔥
What’s the most overrated Metallica song?
Which song are we sick of hearing live?
Could Metallica actually surprise hardcore fans at the Sphere?
Would you rather hear a deep cut or Enter Sandman again?
And what song would be absolutely PERFECT for the Sphere?
Dave is about to experience the very first weekend of Metallica at the Sphere, so this is our chance to make some predictions before we find out what Metallica actually have planned.
If you’re heading to Metallica at the Sphere, planning a future show, or just fascinated by what Metallica could do with the world’s most immersive concert venue, this one is for you!
🤘 What song do YOU want Metallica to play at the Sphere? Let us know in the comments!
