We’re looking for a dynamic & proactive Operations Lead to join our Tactical Department at PRL Central Office in Dublin.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting field operations, managing client relationships, analysing performance and helping turn data into smart decisions. 📊

What you’ll be doing:
•Own client relationships – build strong partnerships and make sure KPIs are delivered.🤝
•Solve problems proactively – spot issues, find solutions and keep operations running smoothly.🧩
•Make data work for you – analyse performance, identify trends and use insights to drive better decisions.📈
•Keep an eye on the numbers – support budget analysis, pricing, quotes and contracts.💰
•Bring teams together – collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment and internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.🔄
•Raise the bar – review performance, identify opportunities for improvement and champion best practice.🎯

What we’re looking for:
•3+ years’ experience in a similar operational/client-facing role, ideally within FMCG.
•A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
•Advanced Excel & Microsoft Office skills.
•Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•The ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
•Experience in field management, operations or distribution is a bonus.
•A degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
