Creative Fireflies

🎨 Does your child love to draw, paint, make and create?

Our Autumn Studio Creatives term begins this week at Creative Fireflies in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, and we have a few places remaining in our Wednesday and Saturday groups.

Studio Creatives is a weekly art class for children aged 5–12, giving young artists the time and space to explore their creativity, try new materials and follow their own ideas.

We paint, draw, build, experiment and create, with no pressure for everyone’s work to look the same. The focus is on creativity, curiosity and enjoying the process of making.

It’s also a chance to step away from screens, create alongside other children and have a little pocket of the week that’s simply theirs ✨

Come and find your creative happy place💚

Home education can happen around the art table too🎨🍂

A place to create, chat, experiment, make new connections and become completely absorbed in an idea.

Our Home Education Art Classes in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath are returning this September, giving children a regular weekly space for creativity, connection and community.

Sometimes you’re not looking for another lesson. You’re looking for an experience that adds something different to your child’s week.

🎨That’s what Studio Creatives is all about.

Through process art, children explore painting, mixed media, sculpture, nature and seasonal inspiration, with plenty of freedom to follow their own ideas.

There’s no pressure for everyone’s artwork to look the same. Instead, children are encouraged to experiment, make creative choices, problem solve and find their own creative flow.

Last term, I loved watching conversations naturally unfold around the art table as children created side by side. Creativity became the common ground for connection and new friendships.

💚 I feel the social side is just as important.

For home educating families, it’s a weekly space for creativity, connection and community.

🍂 Wednesdays | 10–11am
🎨 Ages 5–12
📍 Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath
🗓 9th September–21st October

If your child lights up when they’re creating, they may have just found their Wednesday happy place ✨

🎨 Thrilled to announce that our weekly
classes are back for Home Educated Children ✨

We had so much fun last term that we simply had to continue our Home School Art Group in 2026 🥳
We've included a few snapshots of what we got up to in Term 1 and there is more process art fun planned for Term 2!

🌟 In our Studio Creatives sessions, children explore process art; a way of creating that's all about imagination, experimentation, and joy (not perfect outcomes!). We follow the seasons, sometimes read a story to spark inspiration, and always make space for children to find their own creative flow.

Tuesday 3rd, 10th, 17th February

⏰Wk 1 & 2: 11:00 - 12:30

I've loved seeing how much children and families enjoy my Saturday morning classes, and now l'd love to create a space just for the home education community 💚
