Delighted to welcome @jackkavanaghirl to Wellfest Ashbourne this Sunday 🎤 In 2012, Jack Kavanagh sustained a spinal cord injury that left him with just 15% muscle function. Since then, he has built a life centred on resilience, ambition and pushing boundaries. Jack is a TEDx speaker, award-winning documentary maker and founder of Move The Needle. He also serves on the board of the National Disability Authority and has worked with the World Health Organization on digital and assistive technologies. A passionate adventurer, Jack enjoys hand-cycling, sailing and sit-skiing. Last year, he cycled 380km along the Danube to raise funds for Spinal Injuries Ireland.
