Strip out. Wiring. Joinery. Carpet.
Four trades in one room, and the client met none of them. The
electrician went in ahead of the joiner, because once that headboard
unit is fixed to the wall nobody's getting behind it for a cable.
Carpet last, after every other trade was out.
That's the part you're handing over when you appoint us — the order of it.

Small rooms are where the discipline of a renovation shows. There is nowhere for a mistake to hide. Proportions matter more, materials read more clearly, and the coordination between plumber, tiler, joiner, and painter has to be precise because every trade is working in a space the size of a walk-in cupboard.

An average full-house renovation involves roughly four hundred decisions between first conversation and handover.
Some are large. Layout changes, structural specifications, key material choices. Most are small. Which side the door swings. Whether the socket sits above or below the counter. What thickness of grout line between the tiles.
Every one of those decisions has cost implications.
