A group of former staff, contractors and franchise partners from seven countries are raising funds to pursue legal action in Ireland after contracts with an Irish-registered company were not honoured.
Collectively, our group estimates that around €500,000 remains unpaid. Many people lost savings, took on debt or put careers on hold because they believed in the company's mission.
After spending thousands of hours gathering evidence and exhausting the avenues available to us, we've now engaged an Irish solicitor.
Every donation will go directly towards legal fees and case-related costs in Ireland. No funds will be used for personal living expenses, and any money remaining after the legal proceedings conclude will be donated to a legal fund supporting whistleblowers and others seeking accountability through lawful means.
