At Service Your Body Physical Therapy & Pilates studios we work with our clients to educate them in
Physiotherapy treatments involving detailed postural assessment, orthopedic tests and palpation of the injured area. The treatment will integrate a variety of hands on techniques including Dry Needling, to help effect restoration of optimal pain free function. We will also provide an ongoing rehabilitation home care programme and/or a maintenance treatment schedule to suit your needs.

Instructor Spotlight!
Anne has been teaching at SYB for 6 years. She discovered Mat and Reformer Pilates after a series of running injuries and quickly experienced the benefits firsthand.
Inspired by her own journey, Anne trained as a Reformer Pilates instructor and loves helping others build strength, move with confidence, and enjoy everything Pilates has to offer.
