RESILIENCE RANGERS! ๐๐
A little throwback to Week 1 of Resilience Rangers at Gaelscoil Bhreifne, where the children got started with Minding Me, exploring emotions and discovering how our breath can help us manage big feelings. ๐ฌ๏ธ
Through the story Breathing Is My Superpower, the children learned simple calming strategies before getting creative and making their very own breathing windmills. โจ
A brilliant first session filled with fun, creativity and valuable skills that the children can take with them beyond the classroom. ๐

250 STUDENTS. ONE POWERFUL MESSAGE. ๐
Last week, Frankie Diamond brought his Mental Health, Resilience & the Power of Human Connection workshop to St. Aidanโs College, Cootehill, speaking to 250 students across two sessions.
Originally from Bellaghy and now based in Dundalk, Frankie has been part of the LA519 team for the past five years, sharing his own experiences and creating space for young people to have honest conversations about mental health, resilience and connection.
It was an honour to connect with so many students and to see them engage with such an important conversation. ๐
A huge thank you to St. Aidanโs College for welcoming Frankie and LA519.
Talk. Connect. Build resilience. ๐

100 STUDENTS. ONE BRILLIANT JIVINGYM WORKSHOP. ๐
What a fantastic day in Armagh, with around 100 students getting involved in a JivinGym workshop focused on movement, connection, confidence and mental wellbeing. ๐บ๐
It was brilliant to see so many young people getting involved, having fun and connecting with each other, all while learning about the positive impact that movement and social connection can have on our mental health.
A huge thank you to the students for getting stuck in and to the school for welcoming LA519 and JivinGym. ๐
Movement. Connection. Confidence. Community.

โฌ30,749.02 raised. Two incredible charities. One unforgettable journey.๐๐
On Friday evening, Aaron officially brought Reverse & Raise to a close with the presentation of an incredible โฌ30,749.02, split equally between LA519 and Make-A-Wish Ireland.
What started as an ambitious challenge became something so much bigger; bringing people together, starting conversations and raising an incredible amount for two causes close to Aaronโs heart.
A huge thank you to everyone who made it possible: our volunteers, sponsors, supporters, everyone who donated, and everyone who came out along the route to cheer Aaron on.
And Aaron, what an achievement. Weโre incredibly proud of you. ๐
Thank you for choosing LA519 and helping us continue our work supporting mental health and su***de prevention in our communities.

MEET PETER: ONE OF OUR DUBLIN MARATHON RUNNERS ๐โโ๏ธ๐
In September 2025, Peter found himself in one of the darkest times of his life. With the support of family, friends and the right services, he began taking steps forward.
Then, in April 2026, he started running; setting himself the goal of 5K, 10K, a half marathonโฆ and eventually the Dublin Marathon.
After finding LA519 through Realbuzz, Peter felt an instant connection with our work. Since then, heโs had countless conversations about mental health, helping others open up while finding space to share his own story too.
โItโs not easy, itโs not quick, but it will and does get better.โ
If you told Peter last year that heโd be running 42.3km in Dublin in 2026, he wouldnโt have believed you.
Now, he sees it as a victory lap and a celebration of how far heโs come. ๐
Thank you, Peter, for sharing your story and raising vital funds for LA519. Weโll be cheering you on every step of the way! ๐โโ๏ธ๐
