Even with air con on, fans & dehumidifiers, cakes have been a nightmare to keep from sweating in the recent heat.
It’s not just high temperatures that affect cakes, which only has to go above 18 degrees for things to really difficult dealing with cakes.
But high humidity too, & that can be high humidity on days that are not necessarily hot.
Please don’t leave your cakes out for long periods of time on your Wedding day. Do the cutting of your cake as soon as you go into to your reception for dinner & then get your cake back into a fridge.
