For the Childrens Book Festival, Lucan Library had the irrepressible Alan Nolan , author and illustrator!
The children had the best time with his jokes and tales and also tried out some artwork themselves too.
Check out his exciting play, The Grand Central Cinema Club, Lights, Camera, Mayhem! on 17th & 18th October as part of the Red Line Book Festival, in the Civic Theatre, Tallaght The Civic

We were delighted to have author Jen Wallace host a workshop for students from Solas Chríost and Knockmore Junior school in Tallaght Library this morning.
Jen’s books include Project Dinosaur: Top Secret, Dino mode Activated! and Dinosaur Pie, and it was a wonderful surprise to have a 'real' dinosaur make a quick visit to say hello.
