There’s something about getting in the ring for the first time… once you catch the bug, it stays with you forever. 🥊

We’re delighted to see so many of our younger members starting their boxing journey, building confidence and taking those first steps into sparring.

Here’s some of our young boxers who started their sparring journey with one of our long-time coaches, Noel. It’s brilliant to see the next generation coming through and learning from coaches who have been part of the club for so many years.

🥊 From learning to teaching…

There’s something extra special about seeing one of our coaches, Leila, teaching one of our young boxers, Princess, how to spar. ❤️

Leila came through Tralee Boxing Club herself from around the same age as Princess, and now she’s passing on what she’s learned to the next generation.

It’s brilliant to see our younger boxers growing, learning and eventually helping to guide the next generation coming through the club.

A huge thank you to Sliabh luachra boxing club Castleisland, for having us over last night. 🥊

Some great rounds of sparring, but most importantly, thank you for giving your time. It’s always appreciated.

🥊 First sparring session for these young boxers this week!

There was plenty of excitement as these youngsters stepped into the ring for the first time. It’s fantastic to see such enthusiasm for boxing from such a young age, and even better to see them learning, growing and enjoying every minute of it.

The future is looking bright, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead for these lads! 🥊💪

Don’t forget - Friday nights training and sparring times have changed to 6.30pm - 7.45pm

Our class times are staying the same for the autumn season, with just one small change to take note of!

📅 Friday Training & Sparring will now run from 6.30pm – 7.45pm.

All other class times remain unchanged. Check out the poster for the full autumn schedule, registration details and pay-as-you-go options.

🥊⚽ A huge congratulations to one of our young boxers, Alex, on making the Kerry FC MU14 2027 squad!

Alex has been training here at Tralee Boxing Club since he was very young and has always put in the hard work. He uses his boxing training to build his fitness and strength for other sports, while continuing to stay dedicated to his boxing training alongside his football.

We’re so proud to see that hard work paying off and to see Alex achieving his goals both inside and outside the ring.
