Thank you to Rosina and her assistant Gráinne for making today's talk for Heritage week so very interesting and fun. Tuam library are delighted that ye visited,shared knowledge and gave all attendees a lovely afternoon.

This little pup has been keeping us company in the library for the last few weeks but we are sure his real owner is missing him! He's waiting very patiently at the desk in the library for collection, reading lots of books to pass the time.

Looking forward to our next Young Adult book club meeting on 5th September! We will be discussing Frances Hardinge's "Island of Whispers" - A grownup gothic fairytale for young adults.

Local author Katherine Scanlon popped into the library today to gift us a copy of her brand new book, "Clipper the Hurl's Campsite Adventure". We're are delighted to have her signed copy on the shelf ready for reading!

We are delighted to already have almost 250 Summer Star Readers here in Tuam!
