UL Autumn Careers Fair 2026

We were delighted to attend the UL Autumn Careers Fair at the University of Limerick this week, with Rebecca Sheridan from the Queally Group HR team attending alongside Dawn Farms.

It was a fantastic opportunity to meet with students, connect with emerging talent and showcase the career opportunities available across our businesses. From graduate roles and internships to a wide range of career opportunities, it was great to speak with so many enthusiastic students about what a career with the Queally Group can offer.

A big thank you to the University of Limerick Careers Service for hosting a brilliant event and to everyone who took the time to come and chat with us.

We look forward to staying connected with the next generation of talent! 🌟

Giving back to the community 💙

Last Thursday, our Culinary and Innovation team from The Culinary Food Group spent the day volunteering with McAuley Place, helping to paint the gates and walls around the community.

The team took part as part of our Day of Giving initiative, which gives employees the opportunity to dedicate one day each calendar year to volunteering with a charitable cause that is meaningful to them.

We are proud to support our teams in making a positive difference in the communities around us. A huge thank you to everyone involved for their hard work, enthusiasm and community spirit!

Never stop learning.

A single new skill or course can completely change the direction of your career — opening doors you didn't even know were there. Growth doesn't stop once you land the job; it's what keeps your career moving forward.

What's one skill you've picked up that made a real difference?

Invest in yourself — the payoff is always worth it

We are a family business.

Started small. Grown big. Still proud of our roots.

What began as a modest venture has grown into a group with sites and people across multiple locations — but no matter how big we get, that same family spirit still runs through everything we do. It's in how we work, how we support each other, and how we treat the people who make it all possible.

Because at the heart of it all, we're still the same family business we've always been — just with a much bigger family now.

Many thanks to Irish Dog Foods for their continued supply of dry food for our dogs. You generosity is much appreciated. 🐾
