Playing next week for two nights only! Story of a Scar is a raw, multidisciplinary theatre production exploring love, loss, and all that remains after.

Blending live original music with striking visual imagery, the piece unfolds as a series of poetic vignettes, fragments of relationships in their tenderness, breakdown, and aftermath. Scenes shift between raw confrontation and conceptual stillness, where what remains unsaid often speaks the loudest.

Through memory, silence, and emotional rupture, Story of a Scar invites audiences into the fragile space between holding on and letting go.

Co-produced by Bare Cheek productions, this abstract, experimental project promises a thought-provoking theatrical experience that will linger long after the final curtain.

Written and composed by Dean Ffrench, directed by Nicholas Sturman, Wexford’s own Rachel Grace will once again return to the stage to accompany Dean in performing live original music for the piece.

‘People think because I was diagnosed so young that it’s all I’ve ever known, that I don’t miss what I never had. But I do. I do miss it’

A new play about illness, family and resilience by Marnie Fay.

How do you cope when your child is diagnosed with an 'incurable' illness? Molly follows one family's journey through hospitals, playgrounds, transplant wards and schoolyards. Blending poetic narration, sharp dialogue and moments of unexpected humour. Molly explores motherhood and guilt, resilience and rage, faith and superstition, and what it really means to be “sick”. Deeply human and quietly devastating, Molly is a story about love, survival, and hope.
