Quality 650B rim brake wheels have become almost impossible to source.
The main things available are rim brake vintage wheels with a freewheel and disk brake wheels with through axles or possibly 135mm QR that don't fit in older frames.

Nice new wheelset with a modern cassette for traditional 650B touring bike.
Front came out at 945 grams and rear at 1100 grams, for a total of 2045 grams without QR weight.
