Emuna
Emuna is Faith
Bitachon is Trust/Confidence
Trust that Hashem (Gd) wants and gives you only the best and thank him endlessly. you are in good hands!
Having Emuna is vital to one's happiness- increasing a person's health both mentally and physically. Which ultimately leads to a longer and more fulfilling life. Thanking Hashem and being grateful are the steps to take in achieving this. Have faith in Hashem, your creator- because he loves you more than you may know. you just need to believe it.

There is no greater joy than holding the Torah close. π
Second Hakafot. Dancing with the Torah, kissing it, rejoicing in the greatest gift Hashem gave us.
May the joy of the Torah stay with us all year long.

Rabbi Nachman Hiloula

Rabbi Nachman taught that there is always a way back to Hashem. π
The Tikkun Haklali is one of the precious gifts he left behind, ten chapters of Tehillim given as a path of spiritual repair, renewal and hope.
A reminder of one of his greatest teachings: never give up on yourself.
