Not a guru. Just a woman with 27 years of experience and
a deep belief: the best chapter of your life might be the
one you haven't written yet.

Creator of HEAL·RISE·SHINE program. Becky pioneers a unique insight into Positive Thinking, reaching out to guide participants to the Power of Change

Becky teaches how to release negative emotions, such as:

• Pain and Guilt
• Fear and Worries
• Anger and Resentment
• Criticism and Judgement
• Difficult relationships
• Hardship due to financial circumstances

Becky Rothstein was born in Santiago de Chile. At the age of 11 she contracted Polio which was completely cured. However, her Cells stored the memory of pains, causing physical and emotional distress. Following completion of her education, she continued to study Interior Design. Becky married and brought up four children whilst continue suffering from the “remembered” pains. Throughout, Becky was treated by conventional medicine which did not cure her. She then approached alternative therapies, detoxed from all medicines, and her pains were eased. With the recognition of the remission of her symptoms she was attracted to the studying and the understanding of Reiki, Kinesiology and ways of relaxation. At that time she began to treat and help others. She came across a wonderful book by Louise Hay – You Can Heal Your Life. This helped her recognise the Power of Her Thoughts and enabled her to reach out to help herself and others with the Power of Change and the Powers of Positive Thinking. Becky is proud to say that she started her career decorating the interiors of houses and now helps participants to beautify their souls. Becky Rothstein runs workshops consisting of 15-20 participants, lectures larger groups, offers personal coaching and private sessions. She has trained groups in the US, Canada, UK, Holland, Belgium, Brazil and Israel.

Shanah Tovah U'Metukah 🍎🍯

From Becky Rothstein and her family, to you and yours.

This year I want to share something I hold with quiet certainty: you are going to grow BH in ways you don't yet suspect.

And one day — not so far from now — you'll look back at today, at the woman you are right this moment, and be surprised by how far you came.

May it be a year of sweetness, of health, and of coming home to yourself. ✨

Chapter 2: Everything starts with a decision 09/09/2026

The moment everything can change is smaller than you think.

Have you ever been in a place so low you thought, I can't keep going like this?

I hear these words from women all the time. The same ones, over and over.

"I'm invisible."
"I'm so tired."
"Nobody cares what I do."
"I feel humiliated."

If any of those just landed in your chest, stay with me for a second.

Because here's what almost 30 years has taught me. The women who climb out of that place are not the ones who found some secret. They're not smarter or luckier or stronger than you.

They just made a decision.

Not a plan. Not a five-year strategy. A decision. One quiet moment where they said, this is not how my story ends.

That's it. That's the whole beginning. Everything else comes after, but nothing comes before it.

Change isn't years away. It's one decision away. And a decision takes a second.

In episode 2 of the Heal Rise Shine podcast, I talk about the power of that one moment. What it really is, why we wait so long to make it, and how to know when it's yours to make.

If you're standing in that low place right now, this episode is for you.

Episode 2 is up. Come listen. 💛 — Becky

Loving yourself or having big self-image? 02/09/2026

At 77, I started a podcast.

I'll be honest with you.

All of this is new to me.

The microphone, the recording, hearing my own voice played back.

And there's still a voice inside me, even now, that criticizes everything I do.

At 77 she hasn't gone quiet. I've just learned to keep working while she talks.

And here's the surprise. I loved it.

I sat down, I started talking, and something opened up. I forgot to be nervous.

So let me tell you what this is.

For almost 30 years I've worked with women who came to me from a very bad place. Grief. Emptiness. That quiet ache of having a good life and still feeling like something's missing. I've collected a lot in those years. What actually works, and what only sounds nice.

This podcast is where I give it all away.

The concepts that have been tested, in real lives, by real women, and made those lives happier, steadier, more their own. Not theory. The things I've watched work with my own eyes.

You won't hear the usual noise here. No slogans. No promises that peace is three easy steps away.

Just me, talking to you the way I'd talk to a friend across my kitchen table. Heart to heart. Honestly. Not as your coach. As someone who's walked it.

I'm 77 and I'm starting something new. If I can do that, imagine what you can still start.

Here's the first episode.

Come sit with me, and enjoy.

Loving yourself or having big self-image? Is having a positive self-image the same as loving yourself?

Free help. The real kind.

I built something, and I want to give it to you.

It's called the Abundant Woman Reset.

Twenty-one days of video.

A full renewal, from the ground up.

And it costs nothing.

But there's one condition. And I'm serious about it, because without it this doesn't work.

You have to commit to showing up. Watch the video, write in your journal, do the work.

Same place. Same time. Every day.

Yes. Same place, same time. If you skip that part, it doesn't count. It becomes information, and the internet is already drowning in information.

Information never changed anyone's life.

What changes your life is the habit. One hour a day that belongs to you and nobody else. Same hour. Same chair. Twenty-one days.

Here's some of what we'll walk through together:

1. The beliefs you inherited without ever choosing them.
2. Where your scarcity thinking actually comes from.
3. The grip the past keeps on you, and
4. how to heal the little girl still living inside.
5. How to put down guilt that isn't even yours, guilt passed down through generations.

We'll spend real time on what you actually want. Not the polite version.

The deep one.

The desire that only shows up when you take the masks off and face the world with the truth. Your truth. And then we build a plan to get there.

No rush. No noise. Just you, moving toward it.

The most important part, I'll say one more time, because it's the whole thing. Same time. Same place. One hour a day for yourself.

Everything else is free.

You're not handcuffed. You're tangled.

When your mind is in order, life moves. There's joy in it. Things flow.

But most women don't live there. And I want to tell you why, because I think we've been sold the wrong picture.

We're told we're "chained to the past." Handcuffed to old memories. Two invisible cuffs holding us to everything that hurt us.

And if that were true, it would almost be good news. Because a handcuff has a key. You'd just have to find the right one.

That's what so many women spend their whole lives doing. Looking for the key. A new coach. A new technique. Another conference, another book, another weekend retreat. Always one more external thing that's finally going to set them free.

I'll tell you the truth. You're not handcuffed. There's no key, because there's no lock.

You're tangled.

In your mind, your past is knotted together with the doctor's appointment for the kids, and the thing your mother just said, and the coffee you're making, and the dinner you're cooking for your husband. All at once. All threaded through each other.

That's how we're built. We keep everything connected. It's why your husband can say one small thing and suddenly you're triggered by something that happened ten years ago, and the tigress wakes up looking for revenge. 😄

You're not broken. You're tangled.

Here's the good news.

You don't need to buy anything to start. No new program, no external key. The answers really are already inside you. What you need is to face the inner mess and start building a structure. Order and discipline as a foundation. When you do, your whole life shifts. You'll watch it happen.

And you don't need to blame yourself for any of it. We're literally made this way. It's part of what makes us divine.

Now the news that's a little harder to hear.

Untangling yourself, alone, is very hard.

You know when your hair gets caught in a necklace clasp, and you twist and pull and it only gets worse, and finally you have to call someone to help you get it out? Not because you're incapable. Because you can't see the knot. You're standing inside it. Nobody sees their own knot clearly.

That's the whole job. You have the answers. I have the outside eyes.

I'm going to start sharing tools right here, on this page, that you can use today. Free. Start where you are.

And if you feel the knot but can't find where it begins, that's exactly the moment to reach out. Message me. Sometimes one honest conversation is the hand that helps you slip it loose.

What I'm keeping.

I'm moving house.

At 77, that means going through decades of a life.

Every drawer is a decision. Keep, give away, let go. Furniture, dishes, clothes I haven't worn in years. Most of it goes.

And then I found these boxes.

Cards. Letters. Handwritten notes. Some in Hebrew, some in English, some in handwriting I recognize before I even read the name. Women who sat across from me over the years and let me walk with them through the hardest parts of their lives.

I sat on the floor and read for an hour. I couldn't help it.

I don't keep screenshots. I don't have a wall of polished testimonials. What I have is a box. Paper that got soft at the corners from being held. Words someone wrote by hand because typing wasn't enough.

Those boxes are coming with me.

The couch can go. Not these.

Here's what struck me while I sorted.

This is exactly what Heal is.

The first step I teach: Healing isn't some dramatic breakthrough. It's putting order into your mind, your thoughts, your feelings.

Deciding what deserves to stay and what you're allowed to put down.

We do it with a house when we move. We rarely do it with our own hearts.

You carry things for years:

Old guilt.

A version of yourself that isn't you anymore.

Grief you never let move.

Resentment you keep in a drawer you stopped opening.

Moving day for your inner life doesn't come on its own. You have to call it.

So here's a small question for today. Not the whole house. Just one drawer.

What's one thing you've been carrying that you already know you don't need to bring with you?
