Ingredients:
Chicken boneless breast - 500 gms
Salt to taste
Lemon juice half lemon
Ginger & garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Degi mirch powder - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
1 egg
Maida - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
Oil for fry

Oil - 3 tbsp
Ginger chopped - 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1.5 tbsp
2 green chilli
Half diced onion small
Assorted diced capsicum one & half
Spicy momo chutney - 1 tbsp
Ketchup - 1 tbsp
Soy sauce - 1.5 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
Adjust salt to taste
Chicken stock half ladle
Finish with fresh coriander
