This was one of the most challenging artworks in a very long time for me. You know Why ?
1. The artwork wasn’t abstract.
2. The depth and shadow play were massive.
3. Proportions with texture were a task.
4. Artwork size.
5. Painting inside the lines.
My art form is abstract, expressive, and textured, so creating something completely opposite was a bigger challenge. It also led to many solo cry sessions at the studio.
It took me some time to get a hang of how to work with certain shadows, but the fact that the output was worth every drop of sweat I put in was worth it. 🥲😅

So many people have supported me, those who had nothing to do with my passion, my ambition. Neither their money was involved, nor their emotions. But each push makes me feel a shift in this life.
I have never been able to address my profession, not because it’s small, but because I’m still a few steps away from making so many people proud.
