Head on with a bull elephant in the grasslands of Kaziranga. One of several outstanding wildlife encounters from our group trips last season. Kaziranga safaris start Nov 1st but bookings are currently underway.

Ranthambore in a wrap - birds, reptiles, flora, mammals and ancient history. We covered it all in 3 days with our guests from Delhi.
When you go on safari with us, we don’t chase tigers. It’s great to see the apex predator but it’s equally important that we focus on the smaller beings and beyond.
That’s been our motto with each and every safari we conduct in the wild - has to be engaging, has to be educational. Nothing less.

Summer Ranthambore tiger marathon! Tigers apart - there is something about the Park that hits different. Book your last minute getaway to Ranthambore before the Park closes for the monsoon.

What a day on the Chambal. We ended the safari with this massive male Gharial basking meters away from us. Another great season coming to a close. So grateful to all my guests for taking the time out to explore

What a safari season it’s been in Kaziranga. Now with a direct flight from Delhi to Jorhat and then a 2 hour drive, getting to Kaziranga is much easier vs a 5 hour drive from Guwahati.
We can’t wait to host our guests again next season. For inquiries email [email protected]

“Golden Tiger” - The star of Kaziranga. On our recent group tour we were very luck to have seen this atypical tiger.
Although fascinating to see these tigers - researchers claim that the absence of black stripes with the yellow / golden are a result of inbreeding. This happens when several tigers compete in limited space than usual resulting in not just inbreeding but higher mortality rate due to conflict amongst other tigers.
On our recent tour to Kaziranga our group was extremely fortunate to see one of the most exhilarating wildlife encounters.
Two bull elephants in musth going all out, battle mode right in front of our vehicles. We don’t know for how long they’ve been sizing each other up but they eventually decided that enough is enough and went all in. Although the smaller (probably younger) elephant had massive tusks that did not help as he did get pushed and thrown around by the bigger but tuskless male.
An interesting fact, while they were jousting, not a yelp, scream or trumpet from both the giants. Pin drop silence as if nothing was going on.
This one will be etched in our memories for a very very very long time. Thank you Kaziranga!

An Egyptian Vulture marauding a monitor lizard’s eggs concealed in a burrow high in the ravines of the Chambal river. Jackpot for this flying bandit!
Very Lucky for our guests on our private Chambal river safari that they got to see this scavenger going about business as usual.
