The excitement was contagious today as our students celebrated World Letter Writing Day by writing personal notes to their dearest friends. Watching their enthusiasm as they posted their creations in the SSMI post box reminded us just how special physical mail truly is.

Spreading the light of awareness! Students of SSMI participated with boundless enthusiasm in an eye donation poster-making competition conducted by AIIMS, translating a powerful message of hope and vision onto their canvases.
The flag rose. The voices echoed. 🇮🇳
And young hearts came together to celebrate the freedom we cherish.
From the march past and flag hoisting to music, dance, skits and stories, the SSMI family came together to celebrate 80 years of India’s journey of freedom, pride and hope.

Empowering Women Through Legal Awareness.
A Legal Awareness Session on Women’s Rights, POSH Act, and the Role & Responsibilities of Police in Women Safety was successfully conducted at the Begum Pur Subha Silai Centre.
More than 60 beneficiaries actively participated in the session. A dedicated team of lawyers from Kaushik Associates, Patiala House Court conducted the interactive awareness program and shared valuable information regarding women’s legal rights, workplace safety, and support systems available for women.
The enthusiastic participation and engaging question-answer session reflected the beneficiaries’ interest and made the program highly successful.
SSMI remains committed to empowering women through awareness, education, and legal literacy.
We are really thankful to lawyers -Harish Kaushik, Himanshu Kaushik and Mohseen Siddiqui from Kaushik Associate.
The Orientation Program – UMANG was filled with joy, excitement, and meaningful interactions. Parents enthusiastically participated in the games and activities organized by the Balwadi team, creating a warm, lively, and cheerful atmosphere.
During the session, parents were introduced to the school’s working system, rules and regulations, and teaching methodology. The program provided them with a clear understanding of the school environment and reassured them that their children were in safe, caring, and nurturing hands.
The event concluded on a pleasant note with the distribution of holiday homework for the children, followed by refreshments for the parents, making the day both informative and enjoyable for everyone present.
