Introspection on our working ethics!!

The Police Commissionerate Dimapur, in collaboration with the Department of Emergency Medicine, Christian Institute of Health Sciences and Research (CIHSR) successfully conducted a two-day training programme for traffic personnel as first responders to road traffic accident sites on 23rd and 24th July 2026.The initiative is believed to be among the first of its kind in the country, where traffic police personnel received structured hands-on training in emergency trauma care and pre-hospital stabilisation of road traffic accident victims.
The Commissioner of Police Dimapur, Smt Aotula T Imchen IPS expressed her sincere appreciation to the Director and staff of CIHSR, Department of Emergency Medicine, for partnering in this important road safety initiative. The programme marks a significant step towards strengthening emergency response capabilities and enhancing trauma care outcomes for road accident victims
in Nagaland.
