SmartE is a flagship initiative of the Treasure Vase Ventures (TVV) which is a social enterprise that is started by few multi-national executive's team. Smart-e is focused on not just solving the last-mile connectivity issue, but it also pays attention to the commuter's safety, people empowerment, and reduced pollution. The drivers are coached on how to drive, while the complete process is micromanaged where details of timings, routes, as well as the e-vehicle battery in use, is taken care of. E-Rickshaw's timings are synchronized with the timings of metro rail to lessen the passenger's waiting time. The operational design ensures passenger safety to be at its core element.
