A Pause to Reflect, Recharge and Reconnect!
The Bundi team successfully completed the Psychological First Aid (PFA) Training, with activities like mandala colouring and creating Self-Care Trees offering a refreshing opportunity to reflect, manage stress and reconnect with ourselves.
The team also benefited from an insightful session by Preeti Munjal, Executive Director, IIMPACT, adding to the learning and reflection.
Heartfelt thanks to the Macleods team for their support in making this initiative possible. A meaningful experience that helped clear the decks, lighten hearts and strengthen the team!

Sometimes, all a girl needs is someone to believe in her.
Through its flagship CSR programme, ‘Saksham’, Indus Towers Limited supports IIMPACT Learning Centres.
One of them is Pinki Nayak from Keseraguda.
When Pinki first came to the centre, education was not a priority in her family. Today, she reads English books, creates her own stories, confidently solves multiplication and division, and understands time and its conversions.
But what makes us smile most is that Pinki now encourages other girls in her village to study. She dreams of becoming a teacher in her own village school.
And this year, she received a state-level scholarship.
From a girl whose education was once overlooked to a young girl who is now inspiring others —Pinki is showing what can happen when a girl gets the chance to learn.

Three days. New ideas. Hands-on learning. And lots of joyful moments.
The three-day SAATHI Workshop in Lucknow brought together learning, creativity and reflection to strengthen how our Academic Facilitators and Project Coordinators support teachers and Learning Centres.
Day 1 began with brainstorming and joyful learning, setting the tone for an engaging three days.
Day 2 took learning hands-on as participants created “Teena & Toto” while exploring all four numeracy operations — Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division — through the Kinesthetic → Concrete → Abstract approach. Learning happened through doing, discovering and reflecting.
Day 3 focused on Life Skills and English, with sessions facilitated by Mr. Ashish Taunk from the IIMPACT team, bringing together practical learning, communication and reflection.
The workshop was facilitated by Mr. Shivendra Pratap Singh from Devi Sansthan, Lucknow, whose engaging approach made learning interactive, participatory and enjoyable.
At IIMPACT , we believe that when educators learn with curiosity and joy, that learning travels far — from the training room to the teacher, the Learning Centre and, ultimately, to every girl.

2nd October | Gandhi Jayanti
Not every revolution makes a noise.
Some begin with a girl opening a book.
This Gandhi Jayanti, we celebrate the quiet power of education — the power to open minds, create possibilities and change lives.
Because sometimes, the most powerful change begins quietly.

A special day at Amritnagar 1 Learning Centre in U.S. Nagar, supported by Titan Company Ltd., as Mr. Ajoy Chawla, Managing Director, Titan Company Ltd., visited the centre along with Mrs. Preeti Munjal, Executive Director, IIMPACT.
The visit was joined by Mr. Swadesh, CPO; Ms. Priya, CPO Designate; Mr. Maarajan, Factory Manager – Jewellery; and Mr. Rajeev, Factory Manager – Watches.
The team spent meaningful time with the girls and the community, interacting with them, understanding their learning journey and joining them in activities from the ongoing theatre workshop. There was plenty of enthusiasm, laughter and participation as everyone came together to learn and create.
For the girls, meeting the leadership of an organisation that supports their Learning Centre was a special experience. For Titan, it was an opportunity to see first-hand how its commitment to education is helping create spaces where girls can learn, express themselves and dream bigger.
When commitment reaches the classroom, it becomes an opportunity. And when opportunity reaches a girl, it can shape a future.

During her visit to India, Jennifer Sonke, Investment Director, Waada Investments, Netherlands, visited the IIMPACT office in Gurgaon and joined a virtual visit to one of our Learning Centres in Mewat.
The visit was an opportunity for Jennifer to understand IIMPACT’s work and explore possibilities for collaboration and a meaningful, long-term partnership.
During the virtual Learning Centre visit, she interacted with the girls and their teacher, gaining a closer understanding of their learning journey and the impact of bringing education to girls in underserved communities.
We are grateful to Jennifer for taking the time to connect with our work and the girls at the heart of it. We look forward to exploring possibilities of working together to create more opportunities for girls to learn, grow and dream bigger.

Through its flagship CSR programme, ‘Saksham’, Indus Towers Limited supports IIMPACT Learning Centres, helping them build the skills and confidence needed to make learning more joyful and meaningful for children.
The quarterly teacher trainings are not just about what to teach, but also about how to teach—using creative TLMs, activity-based methods and life skills to make everyday lessons more engaging.
Teachers learn, experiment, create and share ideas—and take these new ways of teaching back to their classrooms.
Here’s a glimpse from the Quarterly Teacher Training in Purulia for teachers from Indus-supported centres.
Sometimes, a little creativity in the hands of a teacher can make a whole classroom come alive.

Finding Their Voice Through Theatre
A theatre workshop at a Titan-sponsored Learning Centre in Gadarpur, U.S. Nagar, gave girls a joyful space to speak up, express themselves and build confidence.
Through storytelling, movement, theatre games and activities like the Human Knot, they strengthened their communication, creativity, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Facilitated by theatre artists Shivesh Ranjan and Sarfaraz Khan, the session showed how learning can go beyond the classroom—helping girls find their voice, overcome hesitation and express themselves with confidence.
