Posting after a year and some life updates

Just realised it’s almost a year since we have posted anything here and we are sorry for the lack of content or updates. Ever since the conflict started in May I had lost any interest to post anything here. Having said that we are extremely grateful to all our esteemed loyal customers and friends who stuck around even with our zero social media presence or any reminders (yay! We managed to survive for a year even without SM). On the personal front it’s been very difficult to manage the business with postpartum and a new born but thanks to my very supportive team and family who made this so manageable. When it comes to the bakery I am someone who is very passionate, impatient and needs things to be done my way but motherhood has taught me so much patience and I have learnt to let go (let go of orders and not be so competitive). I have cried sitting at one corner because I couldn’t pick up calls, or couldn’t work/ experiment the way I used to do, had to delay or cancel previous orders. (I have been trying to post this since yesterday 😛). But it has also taught me not to be in a rat race and smile with whatever I have in my plate. I am learning to navigate through this journey with my little one in my arms with a smile and hope that things will get better. It has been most difficult 9-10 months for all of us, with most businesses going down, but I couldn’t end this post without mentioning all of you who have helped us survive with your support and love. Who have been so patient even when we couldn’t get back or reply on time. Your understanding means a lot. And thank you for your time and reading my long post and letting lay bare my heart infront of you.

We got a new family member in the house! 😁 This might not mean much to a lot of the bakeries in town but for a small bakery like ours, to be able to afford another oven means so much. This is the first big machine we got after 3 years. Just sharing our excitement with our sweet family here. Thank you for your support throughout 💜🤗
