🌟 Samvardhan Series 2.0 | A Conversation on Careers, Learning & AI

The Samvardhan Series 2.0 was successfully conducted at IIPS, DAVV, bringing together industry perspectives and meaningful conversations on career growth, professional development, and the evolving role of Artificial Intelligence.

We were delighted to welcome Ms. Seema Sharma, AGM at IDBI Bank , with professional experience across Oriental Bank of Commerce and IDBI Bank , and Mr. Mohit Mehroliya, HR Leader at RackBank®️ and an IIPS alumnus.

Through their insightful sessions, the speakers encouraged students to:
• Embrace continuous learning and perseverance
• Make the most of practical exposure and opportunities during college
• Stay adaptable while navigating changing career paths
• Understand AI and leverage it as a tool rather than becoming dependent on it
• Preserve the human element of relationships, communication, trust, and decision-making

The engaging interaction and Q&A session gave students an opportunity to connect classroom learning with real-world professional experiences.

We sincerely thank our Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Rakesh Singhai, our Director, Dr. Yamini Karmarkar , Prof. and TPO, Dr. Surendra Malviya , Prof. Dr. Jyoti Sharma, Prof. Dr. Nitin Nagar for their constant guidance and support in making such industry-oriented initiatives possible.
