Feelong constipation in Pregnancy? Try this ✅
Constipation in pregnancy is very common. Add this in your morning routine for relief:-
✅1. Drinking lukewarm water with ghee. Drinking lukewarm water with a teaspoon of ghee on an empty stomach in the morning can improve digestion, lubricate the digestive tract, and ease joint stiffness. It is a traditional Ayurvedic practice meant to boost nutrient absorption and soften stools.
✅Sitting in Malasana (Deep squat) pose : Malasana helps relieve pregnancy constipation by naturally relaxing the pelvic floor, opening the hips, and aligning the re**um for easier waste release.

Baby development week by week during 9 months of Pregnancy. Fetus development is about 40 weeks and is categorized into three primary phases and ptegnancy joirney into three trimesters
First Trimester (Weeks 1–12)
Weeks 1–4:Conception occurs as s***m fertilizes an egg, creating a zygote that travels to the uterus. During Weeks 3–4: The fertilized egg, now called an embryo, implants into the uterine lining. The neural tube (brain and spinal cord), heart, and primitive limbs begin to develop.Weeks 5–6: The heart begins to beat and pump blood. Arm and leg buds grow, and facial features like eyes and ears start taking shape.Weeks 7–8: All major organs and body systems are in place. The embryo is now referred to as a fetus. Fingers and toes begin to form.Weeks 9–12: The fetus develops recognizable facial features, reflexes, and unique fingerprints. By the end of week 12, the baby is about 6 cm long.
Second Trimester (Weeks 13–26)
Bones begin to harden. The fetus can make active movements, though the mother may not feel them yet. A fine hair called lanugo covers the body, and the mother usually feels the first fluttering movements (quickening). The fetus begins to hear sounds. Rapid brain and lung development continues, and the baby develops a regular sleep-wake cycle. The eyes can open, eyelashes are present, and the fetus responds to light and sound.
Third Trimester (Weeks 27–40)
Weeks 27–32: The brain, lungs, and central nervous system are fully developed and functioning. The fetus gains significant weight and the bones fully developed.
Weeks 33–36: The fetus practices breathing movements and turns into a head-down position in preparation for birth.Weeks 37–40: The baby is considered full term by week 39. The protective coating (vernix caseosa) begins to shed, and the baby is ready for delivery.
