LEAD launched the Third Edition of its Annual Smarika, highlighting a year of work towards entrepreneurship, innovation, youth development and sustainable growth across Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh.
The Smarika was released by Sh. Ramesh Kumar, IAS, Divisional Commissioner, Jammu Division (Chief Guest) & Sh. Arun Kumar Manhas, JKAS, Director, Industries & Commerce, Jammu (Guest of Honour).
We thank all our partners, members and supporters for being part of LEAD's journey.

LEAD reviewed the preparations for the launch of its 3rd Annual Smarika, scheduled to be released later this month.
The Smarika will showcase the immense opportunities, economic potential, culture, heritage, and development activities of Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir, along with LEAD's initiatives, strategic partnerships and impactful interventions across diverse sectors.
The meeting also resolved to convene Sector Coordinators to strengthen collaboration, review ongoing initiatives, and accelerate efforts towards inclusive and sustainable regional development.
Series after series, we continue to meet inspiring innovators and visionary founders.
Day 9 of the Pitch Series showcased groundbreaking ideas across Agriculture, EdTech, HealthTech and Food-beverage Industry, with each startup addressing real-world challenges through innovation and entrepreneurship.
