Vicky’s story is a reminder that hope can change a life. ❤️

Rescued in 2021 from Edappally after a devastating road accident, she arrived with only faint breathing and remained in a coma for several days. She had suffered multiple fractures to her hips, and we weren’t sure she would survive.

But Vicky refused to give up.

With dedicated treatment, care, and lots of love, she slowly recovered. Although the accident left permanent scars on her hips, it never took away her fighting spirit.

Today, Vicky runs around happily at Animal Rescue Kochi, proving that every rescued animal deserves a chance to heal and live a life filled with love.

Every rescue matters. Every life is worth saving. ❤️🐾

Three days ago, we rescued this cat in critical condition after a road accident. She is recovering well, but her jaw was badly fractured and now requires surgery.

This puppy was rescued from Fort Kochi with a severe maggot wound and is currently receiving treatment. We appealed for a foster home, but sadly, we haven’t found one yet.

Once he has fully recovered and his wounds have completely healed, he will be ready to find a loving forever home. If you’re interested in adopting him, please contact our adoption helpline.

His treatment has added to our already pending veterinary bills. Every rescue is only possible because of the kindness of people like you.

This dog was rescued from Wellington Island with serious injuries and urgently needs veterinary treatment.

Unfortunately, due to ₹61,040 in pending hospital bills, the hospital has denied further treatment until the outstanding amount is cleared.

No animal should have to suffer because funds have run out.
