She uploaded the bachelorette video online, trying to make the whole thing look fun and cool. But according to the story circulating with the video, her future husband saw it and called off the wedding.

And honestly, thank God she posted that video. It potentially saved the guy and his family from entering a marriage that could have resulted in serious lifelong mental trauma.

So whoever her future husband was — congratulations, bro! You apparently escaped a bad marriage before it was too late.

And finally, shoutout to the bestie — she may have accidentally saved this guy’s life.

However, many people have doubts about the person she is dating. He is reportedly Iranian, and some people are claiming that he was the reason she had cut the kalawa from her wrist in the past. I don’t know whether that claim is true or false, so I’m not making any conclusion about it.

India has 2.5 NGOs for every 1 startup.

If there are 1 lakh startups, that would mean around 2.5 lakh NGOs.

India has around 6 lakh registered NGOs, while estimates mentioned in the report put the total at around 37 lakh, including unregistered NGOs.

The question is: Why are there so many NGOs, where does their funding come from, and how is it being used?

Not every NGO is bad. NGOs play an important role. They help poor people, support stray animals and work on important social issues.

The concern is that some organisations may misuse the NGO system.

Maharashtra, Karnataka, Telangana and Tamil Nadu have NGO-to-startup ratios around 2 or below.

But in sensitive border regions such as Ladakh, Manipur, Sikkim and Arunachal Pradesh, the ratio can reach 14 NGOs for every startup.

The report argues that this is concerning because these regions are strategically sensitive. It claims that activities by certain NGOs can potentially affect India’s economic activity, energy security and national security, especially when protests or litigation delay major infrastructure projects.

In 2012, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh criticised US-based NGOs in the context of protests affecting the Kudankulam nuclear power project in Tamil Nadu.

This is also one reason why the government has strengthened FCRA regulations, to monitor foreign funding entering India and prevent money from being used for activities considered harmful to India’s interests.

There is also concern about NGO channels being misused for money laundering or black money, making financial scrutiny important.

NGOs are important. We need genuine NGOs.

But the biggest litmus test is:

Is the NGO being run from the operator’s home, or is the operator’s home being run by the NGO?

Rakhi Sawant is funny, supportive, and entertaining, but what she allegedly did with Ashneer in the latest episode raises a serious issue about personal boundaries and consent.

I don’t particularly like Ashneer either. He can come across as arrogant and egoistic, and he has also faced criticism over not taking jokes well. But none of that means he deserves unwanted physical contact.

Verbal jokes are one thing. Physically touching someone without their consent is a completely different matter. If someone appears uncomfortable, their boundaries should be respected — regardless of their gender.

Some Reddit users have also claimed that after Ashneer confronted Rakhi, Samay explained to her that she should avoid touching him and making overly personal jokes. According to those viewers, Rakhi was noticeably calmer in the second half of the episode. This is a Reddit claim and has not been independently verified.

But then, at the end, Ashneer hugged Rakhi. 😭

At the end of the day, consent and personal boundaries should apply equally to everyone — whether the person is a man or a woman. Comedy should not become an excuse to ignore someone’s boundaries.

I made a video appreciating Bittu Tabahi for cleaning a river by himself, even though people continue to throw garbage into it afterward.

Mohan Yadav also posted appreciating Bittu’s efforts. Dhruv Rathee commented questioning the government and accusing it of doing nothing but PR, while suggesting that Bittu was being used for a photoshoot after going viral.

But the real point here is civic sense. Keeping our surroundings clean is not only the government’s responsibility—it is ours too.

Bittu himself responded respectfully, saying that this was not about taking credit. He said the government had appreciated his work before, and that his main point was to encourage people to understand their responsibility and come forward for cleanliness.

And honestly, when someone is actually cleaning a river and representing India internationally through his work, why not appreciate the positive effort instead of finding negativity in everything?

Sometimes, just appreciating something good is also important.

Is Bittu tabahi cleaning river for views?🙄

Bittu Tabahi is a young man who has been making videos of himself cleaning a polluted river, and some people have criticised him, claiming that he does it mainly for views. They also point out that after removing garbage from the river, he sometimes leaves it along the riverbank, making the surrounding area look dirty. Many people have opposed or criticised him for this.

But there is another side to the story.

He is reportedly working largely on his own, putting his hands and feet into the city’s waste-filled water to clean the river. He does not have a large team of workers or heavy machinery to support him, and he has reportedly faced health problems and infections from working in such unhygienic conditions.

He has been doing this work since January, but his efforts have only recently gone viral. And even after his work gained attention, some people continued to throw garbage into the areas he had cleaned.

If Bittu is getting views because of this work, then he deserves those views. In fact, he should receive more support and donations so that he can buy proper equipment and machines and clean the river more efficiently.

Recently, politician Mohan Yadav also met Bittu. A genuine request would be to give someone like him an opportunity to contribute to keeping Madhya Pradesh clean. With the right resources and support, his passion could potentially be turned into something much bigger.

Sometimes, opportunities should also be given to passionate people who may not have traditional qualifications, because when someone is genuinely passionate about a particular kind of work, they can put in an effort that others simply may not.

Poonam Pandey has said that the adult content she has created is a “great service” to the country and the world. First of all, the mental health of people who believe they are getting some kind of “service” from such content should probably be questioned. According to Poonam Pandey, her videos can help reduce crime because people watch them and supposedly become less likely to commit offences. But Pandey ji, think before making such statements. By that logic, if someone is planning to do something wrong, just show them a Poonam Pandey video and they might say, “Aaj ke baad mai koi crime nahi karunga.” She also said that greater regulation of the adult entertainment industry could potentially reduce cases of serious misconduct. But the first point is simple: no form of inappropriate behaviour should happen in the first place. Her argument may be correct to some extent, but regulation alone cannot eliminate exploitation. Another serious concern is human trafficking and abuse, especially through illegal networks. Gangubai Kathiawadi showed how women can be exploited and forced into situations without their consent. Similar forms of exploitation can happen in real life. So neither such videos nor regulation alone can solve serious crimes. Cases can decrease through strict laws, proper enforcement, strong punishment, and education about respect, boundaries and consent from childhood. Changing such mindsets across society will take time, but education and awareness are important steps toward making society safer.

A female influencer is reportedly recording a boy on a bus without his consent because he did not give her his window seat. She is criticizing him and saying that men have no common sense.

But why should he give up his seat? He may have reserved it, or he may have arrived and taken the seat before her. That does not give her the right to record him, judge him, or publicly humiliate him simply because he chose to remain in his own seat.

It is public transport, not someone’s private space where everyone is expected to get up and adjust for another passenger. If someone specifically wants the comfort of a window seat, they can book one in advance or choose a cab or their own car.

Paying ₹50 for a bus ticket does not mean other passengers are obligated to give up their seats. And if someone refuses to adjust, recording them and putting the video on social media to shame them is a completely different issue.

The criticism here is less about the window seat and more about the entitlement to publicly judge and record someone for simply sitting in their own seat.

A video of a woman is going viral on X in which she says that men who commit grape deserve death, but women who falsely accuse a man of grape should also receive the death penalty.

Many people agree with this view, while some women who identify as feminists are opposing the woman, calling her a “pick-me” and a “misogynist.” However, I have not seen any man opposing the idea that grapeists should be punished.

Obviously, a person who commits grape has committed a serious crime and deserves severe punishment. But the argument being made here is that someone who deliberately files a false grape case against an innocent person and destroys their life should also face serious consequences.

And this is not only being supported by men. Many women are also agreeing with the woman who made the reel, as can be seen in the comments. From this perspective, supporters argue that holding both men and women accountable for wrongdoing represents equality.

At the same time, some women are defending people who make false grape accusations. According to this argument, this kind of selective support is one of the reasons feminism receives criticism. People who genuinely believe in equality should call out such behaviour rather than remain silent.

The central argument is simple: whether the person committing the wrongdoing is a man or a woman, the law should treat the wrongdoing seriously and ensure appropriate, equal accountability. That, according to supporters of this view, is what genuine equality and feminism should stand for.

Badshah’s divorce has sparked plenty of reactions online, especially because his marriage reportedly lasted only around five months. He got married in March, and by August, he and Isha Rikhi announced that they had mutually decided to part ways.

And honestly, Badshah bhai, was this a marriage or an internship? Five months and it’s already over! Even my mobile phone warranty lasts a year. 😂

These days, some people’s situationships last longer than five months. People often say that marriage shouldn’t be rushed or entered into at a very young age because, with time, two people may realize that their personalities or lifestyles don’t match.

But in Badshah’s case, he got married at around 40, after taking plenty of time to understand relationships, and this was reportedly his second marriage. You would think the experience would make him better at recognizing the right match, but apparently things still didn’t work out.

Obviously, that’s just a roast. There is absolutely no reason to suggest that he disrespects women. In fact, his own music includes the line about making everyone dance at their weddings.
