The account form that appears before a job application
Picture someone finding a role that feels like a good fit. They click “Apply,” but before they can send anything, they’re asked to register and verify their email.
That’s a point where a job board can lose someone who was ready to apply.
This short video shows how we approached it in WP Career Board. Candidates can apply as guests, and if they choose to create an account later, their previous applications are linked.
