Roast Nuts: Lightly roast cashews and almonds in ghee until golden. Set aside.
Roast Ragi: In the same pan, add ghee and roast ragi flour on low heat until fragrant and darkens slightly.
Simmer & Flavor: Pour in warm milk, add your sweetener, and ½ tsp cardamom powder for a rich aromatic flavor.

Quick Method:
Coarsely grind the soaked dal with ginger, chillies, cumin, hing, and salt. Mix in coriander and garam masala.
