We went to a school with a simple question: what could change if clean, reliable energy became part of the classroom?

From solar panels to brighter classrooms, we started exploring the answer.

The plan was ready. Now, every person had a role to play.

From technical teams and partners to school staff and people on ground, Solar Shala moved forward because each piece had to come together before installation could begin.

Because impact like this is never built by one person alone. It takes coordination, preparation and a shared commitment to keep a school day moving.

Before the panels came the planning.

Solar Shala began with school visits, energy assessments, rooftop checks, conversations, measurements and a simple question: how do we make sure unreliable electricity doesn’t keep interrupting learning?

Because powering a school sustainably takes more than an installation. It takes people getting every detail right before the first panel ever reaches the roof.

No impact is built by one person alone.

Solar Shala came together because every contributor carried a part of the journey forward, from identifying the need and assessing schools, to technical planning, local coordination, funding and implementation.

One role led to the next. One effort strengthened another.

That is what meaningful collaboration looks like: passing the baton until an idea becomes impact. ☀️
