We match volunteers looking to volunteer their time and skills to non-profit organizations, with NGOs that require volunteers for various projects.

ConnectFor aims to match NGOs and volunteers based on skills required, and interest demonstrated. Through this, we hope to maximise value for both the organisation and the volunteer. We’re a community committed to connect changemakers to those in need, ultimately making it win-win for a cause.

Nature conservation is not just about concern. It is about creating systems that help people act with consistency.

From cleaner communities and solar-powered classrooms to school transformation, awareness-building, and structured CSR programs, environmental impact

And communities to make climate and conservation action more practical on ground.

It needs people who show up, partners who commit, and programs that keep moving.

Good intentions are not always enough.

For support to truly help an NGO, it has to be relevant, thoughtful, and rooted in what the community actually needs.

Sometimes, that support is not just extra hands. It is skilled help with communication, design, finance, research, technology, strategy, or operations, areas where NGOs can use meaningful capacity support.

At ConnectFor, we focus on building connections that make sense, where volunteers, partners, and organisations contribute in ways that add real value.

Because meaningful impact begins with understanding first.

Everyone's talking about Spiderman this July.🕸

We went looking for the real ones.

Found one in Chandivali.

Meet Ankit, 14. A kid with a passion for coding and a hunger to learn.

Janvi Charitable Trust gave him the space to do it.

This World Youth Skills Day — skills aren't a superpower reserved for a few.
They belong to every Ankit out there.

Ankit didn't need a superhero.

He needed someone to show up.

Be the one who shows up.

Volunteer with ConnectFor. 🕷️

Hot take: nobody puts 'volunteering' and 'skill development' in the same sentence. They should."

Vidhi's CV says psychometric assessment, observation case studies, data analysis. Ask her where she actually learned it, and she won't say a classroom.

She joined ConnectFor as a 19 year old college intern. Somewhere along the way, she volunteered with our partner NGO, Bookwallah, and ended up picking up research skills no lecture hall could teach her.

A year later, she's back. Not as an intern this time — as part of the team.

World Youth Skills Day exists to remind us that young people need real access to skills — for employment, for decent work, for the confidence to build something of their own. Vidhi's path is proof that access doesn't always look like a classroom. Sometimes it looks like a library, a volunteering stint, a chance someone gave her to actually do the work.

Some forms of service do not arrive with a spotlight.

They arrive with a medical kit, a few careful questions and the willingness to travel where care may not always be easy to access.

This National Doctors’ Day, we thank the doctors who support community health camps and screenings, often quietly, and sometimes anonymously, but always meaningfully.

To every doctor who has carried their skills beyond the clinic: your time has travelled further than you know.

Employee volunteering should not feel like a school picnic, a photo opportunity, or an attendance exercise.

When planned well, it can become a meaningful experience for employees, NGOs, and communities alike.

Because good CSR is not just about showing up.
It is about showing up with purpose.

Small choices can create lasting impact.

Ruhi from the ConnectFor team reminds us that sustainability does not have to start with a big volunteering drive. Even if you cannot volunteer in person or virtually, you can still begin where you are. Switching to reusable bottles, reducing single-use plastic, printing less, saving electricity, carrying your own cup, and encouraging better habits at work can all add up.

This World Environment Day, we stand with the United Nations’ call for collective climate action. At ConnectFor, we believe meaningful change happens when people are connected to opportunities that turn intent into impact.

For Climate. For Our Future.

Rutvik from ConnectFor team reminds us that environmental action cannot end when the photo is taken. A tree plantation drive only becomes meaningful when there is care, follow-through, community involvement, and responsibility built around it.

Because showing up for the planet is not just about starting something. It is about making sure it survives, grows, and creates value long after the activity ends.

This World Environment Day, we stand with the United Nations’ call for collective climate action.

For Climate. For Our Future.
