FYI CEO STEK — A few simple straightforward & innocent questions from our much loved & beloved Skoda Kushaq customer.

𝗔𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀...👇

Why were the concerns regarding the yellowing of the film not entertained by Mr. Hitesh Palrecha who I believe happens to be the STEK India CEO when it was brought to his notice?

The Skoda Kushaq customer on whose vehicle the ShieldEffect was installed deems the warranty claims/concerns rejected by STEK India as illegal, unethical & unprofessional.

Furthermore, the customer raises the rejection as illegal as the STEK ShieldEffect installed on his vehicle was & is well within the warranty period of 5 years.

Who bears for the possibility of damages on his Kushaq as the ppf was uninstalled by Optimum Detailerz & the vehicle now remains unprotected without a paint protection film on it. (he was totally disgusted & heartbroken as his kushaq was quite jaundified from the top to the bottom.

As a renowned & respected brand in the automobile detailing industry why was no post-mortem done by STEK with regards to the yellowing of the STEK ShieldEffect in a scientific manner? Is it only about sales figures?

𝗤𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘇 - Who compensates 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘇 for the loss of reputation, for the loss of goodwill & for the loss of business for who we are in the automobile detailing industry because of the rejection of the concerns/claims by the CEO of STEK India?

And the shame associated with profusely apologising to the customer?

Does STEK bear the costs, does STEK India bear the cost or does Optimum Detailerz bear the cost?
