In 1960's few of our flagship (entire project) sales included:
(a) Western India Housing Society at Ghatkopar, LBS Road in 1960's. (b) Subhash Nagar CHS Ltd at Chinchpokli - N M Joshi Marg in late 1960's. In 1975 we sold buildings to Reserve Bank of India Officers at Kirkee, Pune. Since 1978 to 1990 we issued and sold estate by issuing tenders - These properties included foreign Missionary Trust like Alliance Ministries & TEAM Trust. The proceeds of sale were donated to Indian Churches. In 1987 we sold flats at Basant Nagar, Chennai made by Agarshans. We also found not many realtors selling south indian properties to south indians living in mumbai. Hence we diversified into properties located in chennai, bangalore, madurai, hyderabad and secunderabad. We had over 1000 satisfied real estate owners by the year 2000. We did have a fall back from the year 2000 to 2008 where we diversified into fields not related to real estate. Gradually we picked up momentum in the year 2008 exploring untouched areas like vile bhagad. The action of DMIDC started in 2010 and the untouched areas where we concentrated picked up. Our cliental increased rapidly. We started concentrating on mumbai suburbs & outskirts of mumbai where potential of growth is promising. Today we have projects on Western, Central & Harbour Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Raigad & Ratnagiri. In June 2013 : The present exposure of net users made us think why not have a easy name for surfers to reach us and know the best available projects. Hence "estateoption.com" was formed with "Filtered Properties" being our tagline. We carefully visit and evaluate each project & pre filter before offering. Since July 2016 we specialised in retail, commercial offices, warehouse, industries and restaurant/cafe. During the Pandemic we concluded few of the best revenue sharing deals in Mumbai (Western, Central & Harbour) saving over a crore of fixed rents for customers. Our recent customer feedback :-
