The PGDM & PGDM(BM) 2026–28 cohort recently had the privilege of interacting with alumna Mallika Petkar, Head - Domestic Acquisitions & Distribution Strategy at JioStarIndia as part of the Alumni Interaction Series at SPJIMR.
The session was an engaging exchange of experiences, perspectives, and valuable life lessons. Drawing from her own professional journey, Mallika encouraged students to cultivate curiosity and view it as a lifelong asset. She emphasized that asking questions, seeking new experiences, and staying open to learning are qualities that not only broaden perspectives but also pave the way for innovation, growth, and meaningful leadership.
She also spoke about embracing challenges with a learning mindset and making the most of every opportunity during the management programme and beyond. Her insights resonated deeply with the cohort, inspiring students to remain curious, adaptable, and eager to explore new possibilities.
