Job Role: Front Desk Executive
Location: Nagaon, Assam
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers/visitors with a warm & professional attitude
Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointments
Manage walk-in customers for loan-related services
Maintain office records, files, and daily reports
Coordinate with the sales team and support branch operations
Basic computer work (MS Office, emails, data entry)
Requirements:
Female candidates (Female preferred)
Minimum Graduate (12th Pass with good experience may also apply)
Age: 20–32 years
Excellent communication skills in Assamese, Hindi & English
Presentable personality with good manners
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Internet)
Local candidates from Nagaon or nearby areas preferred
Freshers or experienced both welcome
