+91 9811252305 Gallery Ragini established in September 2005 aims to provide an innovative forum for contemporary art.

Since its inception the gallery has been working towards creating opportunities for young Indian artists to hone their talents and showcase their art. It is the gallery’s ongoing endeavor to act as a medium to increase awareness, understanding and appreciation of contemporary art forms among the general public through its gallery space, outreach programs, art residencies and travelling art shows.

Gallery Ragini is delighted to present ‘Rooted Impressions’ as the inaugural show of our new location on 7th August 2026.

The show is presented by Folklore by Gallery Ragini, our indigenous art programme, along with our curatorial advisor Vikash Nand Kumar, bringing together contemporary indigenous artists from around the country and celebrating their practices.

Featuring works by:
A K Jha, Deenabandhu Soren, Dhavat Singh, Jagdeesh N H, Jambu Singad, K M Singh, Mahendra Rajput, P Swamy, Pooja Devi, Poola P S, Putli Ganju, Shiv Prasad, Shoba Jolly and Srinivasen

Gallery Ragini is pleased to present our new location with our inaugural show, Rooted Impressions, curated by Vikash Nand Kumar.

As we open the doors to our new space, this exhibition marks a new venture for Gallery Ragini and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in our journey.

Gallery Ragini is delighted to present Forty Degrees, a summer presentation of gallery collection.

Here we reflect on the layered narratives within Ayesha’s Enneaptych of Love—a deeply personal nine-part series that reimagines the Arabic sharing plate as a vessel for stories of love, memory, resilience, and transformation. Ayesha’s works explore love in its many forms, inviting intimate reflection while speaking to universal human experiences.

Vishakha’s paper pulp works emerge from fragments of everyday life—pamphlets, letters, and printed matter transformed into tactile form. In these works, paper acquires a quiet material presence, carrying traces of memory, language, and lived time within it.

Catch Vishakha Apte’s works at our ongoing exhibition, ‘Mapped by Tide and Time’ a solo showcase of works by Vishakha Apte ( ), curated by Ina Puri ( ).

Vishakha’s practice unfolds as a sustained meditation on presence, a quiet search for forms that can hold the weight of lived experience. Her work suggests that form is not imposed, but slowly discovered, emerging from an ongoing dialogue between body, memory, and matter.
