Sattu vs Whey Protein - Can Sattu Replace Whey Protein for Muscle Gain?

The truth is NO, sattu cannot replace whey protein.

Here’s why according to Wellness Coach Deepika Lalwani (15+ years exp):

Sattu: Good for nourishment. It has minerals, fiber & protein, but also has carbs. To get 25g protein from sattu, you will get a lot of extra carbohydrates & calories.

Whey Protein: Made for muscle recovery & strength. It is rich in Leucine - the most important amino acid for muscle growth. Sattu doesn’t have enough of it.

So what should you do?
Use sattu for daily nourishment, not for muscle building.
Use whey for muscle growth, recovery & strength.

Both have different roles, one cannot replace the other.

Are you taking enough protein? Check your health inside out. Book your test today.

The Heart Health Auction ❤️🔨

5 things are up for auction.
But this time, the stakes are personal.

From everyday habits to the choices you make without thinking what would you keep for your heart?

Place your bid. Keep it or let it go? 👀

Some habits look harmlessuntil your heart pays the price.
That extra pinch of salt can add up over time. When it comes to heart health, small choices matter.

What would you choose? KEEP IT or LET IT GO? 👀

Your chair shouldn’t become your lifestyle.
Long hours of sitting can affect more than your energy it can impact your cardiovascular health too.

For a heart healthy lifestyle, make movement part of your day.

KEEP IT or LET IT GO?

Is 5 hours really enough? Your heart might disagree.
Consistently getting too little sleep can affect factors linked to cardiovascular health.

One more reason to make sleep part of your heart health tips.

KEEP IT or LET IT GO?

Some things are better left off the auction list.
Smoking can damage blood vessels and increase the risk of heart disease.

For heart disease prevention, this one is simple

Not everything belongs on the “LET IT GO” side.
Regular movement is one habit worth keeping for a healthy heart and a healthier lifestyle.

So this one?

The bids are in. The choices are yours.

Let go of the habits that work against your heart.
Keep the ones that support it.

Because heart disease prevention starts with everyday choices—and a heart healthy lifestyle is built one habit at a time.

What did you KEEP? 👇

A cardiac arrest can happen suddenly and knowing what to do in those first few minutes can save a life. ❤️‍🩹

If someone collapses, check for responsiveness and normal breathing, call emergency services, and start CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) if they’re not breathing normally. Push hard and fast in the centre of the chest until help arrives.

Knowing CPR steps, cardiac arrest first aid, chest compressions, and emergency response can make a critical difference when every second counts.

Save this post. You may need it someday. 🫀

Sometimes, “I’m fine” is just another way of saying “I’m ignoring the signs.” ❤️

From unexplained symptoms to everyday health concerns, listening to your body matters. Don’t wait for a small sign to become a bigger problem. Get the right health tests and take action early.

Because prevention starts with paying attention.

Heart attack and cardiac arrest are not the same thing and knowing the difference can save a life. 🫀

A heart attack happens when blood flow to the heart is blocked, while cardiac arrest occurs when the heart suddenly stops beating effectively.

Both are medical emergencies, but the warning signs and immediate response can differ. Learn the difference, recognise the signs, and act without delay.
