On 6th August 2026, our students experienced an inspiring and enriching day at TELUS Digital through the Skill Bridge Initiative—a journey that brought learning, confidence, and industry exposure together.

After an enthusiastic student introduction which created atmosphere of warmth, connection, and excitement, an engaging confidence-building activity followed, encouraging participants to step out of their comfort zones and believe in their potential.

One of the highlights of the day was an insightful floor walk, where students witnessed real workplace operations and gained first-hand exposure to the professional environment. They learned about the diverse roles within the organization and the skills, attitudes, and competencies required to succeed in today's workplace.

The celebration continued as outstanding student performers were recognized with certificates and thoughtful gifts, motivating everyone to strive for excellence. SETU trainers were also felicitated, acknowledging their unwavering commitment to nurturing and guiding young talent.

The inspiring words shared by the leadership team at TELUS Digital left a lasting impact, encouraging students to dream bigger, work harder, and embrace continuous learning. The event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks from the SETU team, expressing sincere gratitude to TELUS Digital for their warm hospitality, mentorship, and steadfast support in empowering youth.

Caring Beyond Treatment: Promoting Health Through Physiotherapy

On 26 July 2026, Setu organized a Free Physiotherapy Camp at Kashi Ram Flats, Sadarpur, Sector 45, Noida, bringing quality rehabilitation services closer to the community.

🩺 26 individuals received free physiotherapy consultations, while many others benefited from therapy sessions for conditions such as neck pain, knee pain, frozen shoulder, and leg pain.

Beyond treatment, our team conducted awareness and counselling sessions to educate community members about the importance of physiotherapy and informed them about the free physiotherapy services available at our Centre, delivered by experienced and qualified physiotherapists.

Together, we are making healthcare more accessible, empowering communities with knowledge, and helping people lead healthier, pain-free lives.

At SETU Skill Centre, learning goes beyond the classroom!

On 24th July 2026, our students participated in an engaging and interactive learning session at TELUS Digital, Noida, focused on building essential professional and life skills.

Through interactive discussions and activities, students actively explored the importance of personal hygiene and professional grooming—key attributes for workplace success. The enthusiasm, confidence, and participation displayed by the students made the session truly inspiring. A post-assessment reflected their enhanced understanding, and the day concluded with refreshments, leaving everyone motivated and empowered.

From Dreams to Determination – Neelam's Inspiring Journey 🌟

Some success stories remind us why education has the power to change lives forever. Neelam's journey is just one such story.

Born into a family of six with a monthly income of just ₹10,000, pursuing higher education seemed almost impossible. Yet, with determination in her heart and the unwavering support of SETU, Neelam refused to let circumstances define her future.

At SETU, our teachers saw her potential long before the world did. They encouraged her to dream bigger, stood by her through every challenge, and gave her the confidence to believe that no dream was beyond reach.
Today, Neelam has proudly achieved her dream of becoming a Chartered Accountant (CA)—a remarkable milestone that reflects years of hard work, perseverance, and resilience.

The transformation extends beyond Neelam alone, it rubbed off, Her elder sister, Kiran, also studied at SETU and is now working as a Receptionist at an Eye Care Hospital while pursuing her MBA. Her younger sister, Pooja, is pursuing an MBA, and her younger brother continues his education at SETU. Together, their journey is a testament to the lasting impact of education on an entire family.

In Neelam's own words:
"SETU gave me the confidence to dream and the strength to achieve those dreams. I will always be thankful to my teachers and SETU for believing in me and changing my life."

Celebrating World Environment Day Through Action, Inclusion, and Hope

Setu Foundation celebrated World Environment Day 2026 with a series of engaging activities focused on environmental stewardship, with the highlight being a tree plantation drive led by our students with special needs alongside volunteers from Strings Marketing. By planting saplings within the school campus, the students demonstrated their commitment to caring for the environment while learning about the vital role trees play in improving air quality and supporting biodiversity. The poster-making competition encouraged creative expression on environmental conservation. The volunteers also distributed soft toys, bringing smiles to the children. The day reinforced the message that protecting our planet is a shared responsibility and inspired everyone at Setu to adopt sustainable practices in their daily lives.
