Good healthcare starts with one simple promise: catch problems early and care for people safely.
RSB Foundation works towards this every day through early detection, prevention, and care that puts people first.
The journey began in 2019 with health check-up camps in Badalgoda and Saraikela, reaching rural and tribal communities in Jharkhand.

Since then, Project Aarogya Sampada has reached 3,000 people. Project Shambhavi, our cancer care initiative, has screened 1,166 people across districts in Maharashtra and Jharkhand. In Kuchai Block, Jharkhand, 900 nutritional kits have reached TB patients across 99 villages.

Behind every number is a person who received care a little earlier and stayed a little safer because of it.
On World Patient Safety Day, observed every year on 17 September, we reaffirm a simple belief: safe and accessible healthcare should reach everyone.

A woman who can read is never truly alone. She can find her own answers, question what she's told, and see a future she gets to write herself.
This International Literacy Day, RSB Foundation honours that quiet power. Through Project Tejaswini, we've reached over 35,000 women with the tools to build it, education, digital literacy, and the confidence that comes from finally being able to read the world on your own terms.
Literacy was never just about letters on a page. It was always about a woman's right to understand her own life, and to change it.

Behind every desire to learn is a teacher who inspires us to begin.

This Teachers’ Day, RSB Foundation celebrates the educators who inspire us to learn, encourage curiosity, welcome questions, recognise individual strengths and help young minds discover what they are capable of.

Across our education initiatives, we have had the privilege of witnessing teachers turn classrooms into spaces of exploration, confidence and possibility where learning goes beyond textbooks and every child is encouraged to think, participate and grow.

Because the true influence of a teacher cannot always be measured in marks or milestones. Sometimes, it is found in a question a child learns to ask, the confidence they discover, or an aspiration that begins to take shape.

To every teacher who inspires us to learn, question, discover and grow. Thank you for shaping not just what we know, but how we see the world.

Happy Teachers’ Day.

They are built through discipline, perseverance, countless hours of practice and an unwavering belief in how far they can go.

This National Sports Day, RSB Foundation celebrates the athletes whose talent and determination inspired us to become a part of their journey through Project Arjuna.

Ovi Pawar, with an impressive 619.0 score in international trials.
Suchitra Parida, Gold Medalist at the World Ability Games 2025 in Thailand.
Gajanan Khandagale, ranked among India’s Top 5 and preparing to represent the country at the World Cup in Spain.

Their talent was already there.
Their determination was already there.
We simply chose to stand beside it and help amplify it.

Through Project Arjuna, our endeavour is to identify and support sporting potential, providing athletes with the encouragement and opportunities that can help them take their dedication further.

Because we don’t create champions.
We believe in them. We back their journey. And we celebrate how far their own determination can take them.

This National Sports Day, we salute the spirit of every athlete who continues to strive for excellence. 🇮🇳

Every child carries potential. Sometimes, all it needs is the right opportunity to unfold.

Project Utthan was born from a simple belief, that with the right guidance, encouragement and environment every child can discover their true potential.

Supported by RSB Foundation and implemented by Swa-Roopwardhinee, Project Utthan creates nurturing learning spaces across Pune, where students from Classes 3 to 8 receive year-round academic support in Maths, Science and English.

But learning at Utthan goes far beyond textbooks. Through interactive and non-formal methods of education, life-skills workshops, personality development, creative activities and residential camps, children are encouraged to question, explore, participate and discover their individual strengths.

Today, 500+ children are part of this journey each year, while 40 students have received scholarships this year, supporting their continued education and aspirations.

Because education is not simply about what a child learns.
It is about the confidence to think, the courage to aspire and the opportunity to rise.

And that is what Utthan truly stands for.

Learn. Grow. Rise.

A woman is often the quiet strength behind every family, the steady hand that nurtures generations. She is a daughter, a mother, a leader, a caregiver, a dreamer, shaping lives through resilience and compassion, often placing others before herself.

Yet countless stories remain unheard. Struggles carried in silence, aspirations set aside, rights and voices overlooked, not for lack of strength, but for lack of opportunity.

When a woman is empowered, the impact reaches far beyond her own life. It transforms families and builds a future of greater hope for the next generation.

With RSB Foundation's Project Tejaswini, something quietly powerful is happening in places that rarely make the news.

Women who once had no space to speak about their struggles are finding their voice. Women who left school years ago are sitting in classrooms again. Women navigating impossible situations at home are walking into legal aid centres and walking out knowing their rights.

In partnership with Savitribai Phule Mahila Ekatma Samaj Mandal, Project Tejaswini works at the intersection of mental health, leadership, legal rights, education, and reproductive health, because real empowerment does not come from addressing just one challenge. It comes from walking with a woman through every step of her journey.

And when that happens, she does not just change.

Everything around her changes too.

This is the story of Project Tejaswini.

For many, cancer screening is not easily accessible. The distance to a healthcare facility, the cost, and the time it takes all become reasons to delay.
‌
Project Shambhavi is RSB Foundation's initiative to remove these barriers by bringing last-mile healthcare directly to the communities where it is needed most.
‌
So far, 1166 people have been screened for oral, breast, and cervical cancer, with 15 oral cancer cases identified at an early stage. In Jamshedpur, a mobile cancer screening van now reaches 13 villages across Seraikela-Kharsawan, while more than 1755 girl students have been educated about HPV and cancer awareness.
Communities that previously had no access to screening services now have access to these essential healthcare facilities.
‌
Early detection is only possible when access exists. Project Shambhavi is working to ensure that it does reaching communities wherever the need is greatest.

On National Doctor's Day, we want to thank every doctor who goes beyond the clinic to serve communities that mainstream healthcare rarely reaches. Your dedication to the last mile is something we deeply admire.
At RSB Foundation, our Aarogya Sampada initiative is proud to work alongside such committed partners, running 48 medical camps across 18 villages every year. Thank you for making it possible.
