Designing bungalows is a different kind of fun.

Here, I know who is going to occupy the space I design. So I can be pin-point about the layout, the details, the whole deal.
A luxury I do not have while designing apartments. Where I have to assume certain things.

On this Independence Day, here are a few independent bungalow designs I'm building at several locations. Built form coming soon.

The point of knowledge isn't acquiring it, but sharing it.
It was a great feeling to have been the External Examiner at Vishwakarma University for the Practical Training Viva with Ar. Aakriti Dewan.
It's nice to see that the budding architects have a lot to add to the profession.

This one took a long time to come through, but it finally has.

I don't usually do interiors. And I definitely don't do government projects. Yet, when someone connected to the Authority calls you directly, it's an opportunity worth exploring.

Here is the first cut of a certain Office I'm designing. State of the art conference room, lavish VIP restaurant room, and a quirky facade & reception.

More or less finalized, waiting to take corporeal form!

Work begets work.
I received an enquiry for a plot in Siolim (North Goa) while working on a 5-Star hotel in South Goa.
I was expecting a slow progress, like my experience with Goa's projects has been. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when the client meetings were swift, and the basic layout was frozen within a week!

Here it is- Amani House. An investor focused development, right on the creek.
