Pushkar Rangmanch

Pushkar Rangmanch, founded in July 2015, was a result of like minded people getting together to either reconnect to or explore their interest in Theater. The foundation of Pushkar Rangmanch was laid when a popular group, The Dot Movement got together a group of people that believed in creating an environment where people motivate each other to follow their passions and interests while living their regular lives. Pushkar Rangmanch is a platform for all those people who have always wanted to act or be associated with theater for different aspects like direction, set designing, lights, sounds, backstage etc however are unable to find time due to their life routines. Our group meets only on weekends and we take this journey of learning and exploring theater and acting together as a team. We believe that there is no perfect age to start. If you are interested to do this, just join without any hesitation. We also proudly say that we are a non-judgmental platform and if acting gives you happiness, you better do it! And this exciting feeling starts making people get better too!! :)

The name Pushkar Rangmanch comes from our beloved friend Pushkar Kulkarni who left us last year with a huge responsibility of taking his love for theater ahead and making it reach all those people who even for once in their life thought of connecting with Theater. Pushkar was an excellent story teller and was naturally drawn to acting. He got into the skin of the character so well that even in a 5 min scene of a 25 min play, he left the biggest impact on the audience. As a person, he was warm, friendly, extremely helpful and always full of life. We hope we live upto Pushkar's dream and I am sure where ever he is, his blessings are always with us.
