Outshine

Here we assess candidates and open job opportunities to them based on the skill sets they have irrespective of their marks and academic records. On the other side, Industries can easily recruit the perfect candidate for any opening from a huge pre-assessed talent pool by applying skill filters and shortlisting candidates to interview them. To add a 3rd dimension we also judge the personality type of the candidate to check his attitude, discipline, mentality and other such behavioural attributes. Inspired by Skill India and Digital India we have made an ecosystem to ‘Get recruited or Recruit, totally based on Skill’.
