Ms. Monisha Mitra, Co-Founder of The Infinite Learning, brought a powerful perspective to the PGDM students at Abhyudaya 2K26.

Her session focused on the mindset students build during their next two years, going beyond textbooks and academic knowledge. She encouraged students to look inward, work on themselves, and understand how their mindset influences the way they present themselves and connect with others.

Drawing from his 35 years of industry experience, he spoke about his journey from university to the professional world and the experiences that shaped his career.

Ms. Yamini Mathur, Counselling Psychologist & Corporate Trainer, shared her experience after interacting with the PGDM students at Abhyudaya 2K26.

She appreciated the students for being expressive, responsive and eager to learn, while also highlighting the areas that can help them become more confident and corporate-ready, especially communication, vocabulary and regular practice.

Her suggestions were practical: read more, communicate more, practise together and keep working on yourself. She also appreciated the students’ openness to learning, improving and growing both professionally and personally.
